Settlement occurred in part of the building, leading to structural cracks and floor sinking.

Action Taken – Micropile Installation:

- Micropiles were installed with a depth of 17 meters and a diameter of 20 cm, as per the approved structural study.
- Each micropile was reinforced with a central steel bar to ensure proper load transfer.
- The piles were cast using high-strength grout.
- A steel plate (base plate) was fixed at the pile head to provide a stable foundation point, enhancing the building's resistance to future settlement.
